Carol knows the meaning of “going the extra mile.” With three marathons completed so far, she applies that same “extra mile” spirit to her real estate transactions. Rarely a day off from running or working with her clients, she will be here when you need her.
It is said that a true Portlander never carries an umbrella, and she doesn’t own one! Although an Oregon transplant since 1996, Carol loves all things Portland including outdoor activities in the rain with her musician husband, two young boys, and three dogs. She is also an active professional musician and plays often with the Oregon Symphony and other local groups. She and her family live in a 100-year-old Craftsman house they affectionately dubbed “The Money Pit” and enjoy the close ski slopes and beaches in our beautiful state.
Experience, tenacity, and patience are a few of the qualities that Carol brings to the table in any real estate transaction. She has a Principal Broker designation from the State of Oregon and over 10 years of real estate experience in Portland. Imagine a person who can run a marathon in the morning with energy to spare to write up a successful real estate transaction in the afternoon. (This situation has come up!) She is experienced in short sale and foreclosure transactions as well as traditional sales. Whether it’s a first-time buyer or experienced investor, Carol has the knowledge and capabilities to “go the extra mile” and get the job done.

Great example of Carol’s follow-up: The house we bought was listed around 5PM. The next morning by 10AM we toured it, and by 2PM we had an offer in and it was accepted at our price and terms immediately. How’s that for fast?
Plus Carol’s expertise got us… (more)
